Refund Policy

We have formulated a refund policy to protect you and all stakeholders as fairly as possible.

Refunds may be requested at any time prior to the day before the starting date of the event by sending a cancellation notice to support@howler.co.za. A refund fee will be applicable if a refund is requested before the event has started.

Refunds are processed in one of two ways – Customer Cancellations or Forced Cancellations. Refund policy below applies to all ticket types.

Customer Cancellation

More than 30 days prior to the starting day of the event
25% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee)

Between 7 – 30 days prior to the starting day of the event
50% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee)

Less than 7 days prior to the starting day of the event
90% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee refunded)

The starting day of the event or during the event
Strictly no refunds After the event Strictly no refunds

Forced Cancellations

More than 30 days prior to the starting day of the event
20% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee)

Between 14 – 30 days prior to the starting day of the event
30% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee refunded)

Less than 14 days prior to the starting day of the event
50% Refund fee (excluding booking & transaction fee refunded)
