During the festival, head to the Information Station. After the event, all items will be photographed and shared on our Facebook Event page. DM us to collect in Cape Town.

Cashouts open 1–2 weeks post-event. You’ll receive an email from Howler with steps to claim your balance.

Yes. Each camping area includes portable toilets, basins, and showers – cleaned regularly for your comfort.

Yes, including meat. However, no open flames are allowed for safety reasons. You’ll find delicious vegetarian and vegan food vendors, juice bars, coffee stands, and a licensed bar on site.

Unfortunately, no. We love animals, but the venue has a strict no-pet policy due to the protection of native species like blue cranes and wild ducks.

There’s no signal at Elandskloof. We will have WiFi hotspots around the festival – perfect for checking in with loved ones, but not reliable for working remotely.

Yes. You’ll receive a wristband at the gate, which can be loaded with funds before or during the event. We recommend preloading via your Howler profile to skip queues.

Yes, but please don’t bring glass. All alcohol must be in plastic or cans for safety.

Yes. You’ll find waste stations throughout the venue. All rubbish is sorted and recycled on-site by our eco team.

No charging stations are available. Please bring fully charged power banks.

Yes! Ticket transfers are available up until two weeks before the festival. Simply email support@howler.co.za with the new attendee’s details.
